Raised in Virginia Beach and a graduate of Bayside High School, Brittany Hendrickson has deep roots in Hampton Roads and a genuine understanding of the community she serves.
Real estate has been part of Brittany’s life for as long as she can remember. As the daughter of a highly respected, top producing Loan Officer and Business Development Officer, she grew up with an inside look at the real estate and mortgage industries. In 2012, Brittany turned that foundation into a career of her own and quickly discovered that her greatest strength wasn’t simply selling homes. It was connecting with people, understanding what mattered most to them, and helping them achieve their goals.
Over the years, that dedication earned her the nickname “Bulldog Brittany.” It’s a name she proudly embraces because it reflects the way she approaches every transaction: fiercely advocating for her clients, protecting their best interests, and staying determined when challenges arise. Brittany believes her clients’ needs come before her own, and she approaches each relationship with the same passion, loyalty, and commitment she would want for her own family. For Brittany, real estate has never been about simply closing a deal. It’s about taking care of people.
Brittany met her husband, Ryan, in 2012 as she was launching her real estate career. During his 13 years of service in the United States Navy as a SWCC, including time as an instructor at Naval Special Warfare Basic Training Command, their family spent two and a half years stationed in San Diego. Their experience as a military family gave Brittany firsthand insight into the challenges that can come with relocating, buying and selling on a timeline, and making a new place feel like home.
After Ryan retired from the military and their family returned home to Hampton Roads, Brittany continued growing her real estate business and strengthening the local relationships that have always been at the heart of her career. She has since established herself among the top Realtors in Hampton Roads, but for Brittany, success isn’t measured by rankings or transactions. It’s measured by happy clients who know they had someone in their corner every step of the way.

Following his military career, Ryan transitioned into the mortgage industry and now proudly serves his clients as a Loan Officer with OVM Financial. Together, Brittany and Ryan bring experience from both the real estate and mortgage sides of the home buying process, making them a valuable resource for the families they serve.
Outside of real estate, Brittany and Ryan are proud parents to their two daughters, Ellie and Zoie, along with their dogs, Penny and Marlee. On their days off, you’ll often find the Hendricksons spending time with family in their backyard, enjoying a local amusement park, attending church, or simply being part of the Hampton Roads community they’re proud to call home.
